A futuristic airport to replace the current grass strip of San Carlos Community Airport located at San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, new ICAO code RPSC. Rwy12 and EZ Scenery libraries are needed. If required, there are AI aircraft files (aircraft care of the Philippine Flight Simmers Group, the United Traffic Team and Mike Pearson).
