FS2004/FSX/P3D Continental Airlines Boeing 757-200

Can someone please tell me exactly which model this livery is for? I know it is a RR model but I have tried the RB211-535C / RB211-535E4 / RB211-535E4--W1 / RB211-535E4--W2 models with no luck.

I was able to install it with winglets but had to make some changes to the configuration file.
