About This File

FS2004/FSX Airspeed Oxford. The Airspeed Oxford was a WW2 British twin engine trainer mainly used to convert new pilots to multi-engined aircraft like the new bombers being developed. It was very successful in this role and over 8500 were built. It was powered by twin 375 h.p. Armstrong Siddeley Cheetah X engines. Although built for FS2004 the model will also fly in FSX. To obtain the published values for RPM & Boost in cruise you must lean the mixture to about 18%u0025. I could find no other way to set up the FDE.

Hello David,

Thank you very much for these awesome renditions of both the Oxford and the Envoy! They are my favourite British twin engine planes from the WWII era!

The attention to detail on these is superb as always! Really glad we still have a few freeware aircraft developers for FS9 such as yourself around!
