FS2004/FSX GPS Update

FS2004/FSX GPS Update. This is the original Microsoft gps_500 gauge, renamed and updated to provide specific functions to select, delete, and add waypoints. All of the original bmp and xml files from fs9gps.cab are included in fs9gpsdd.cab, along with one new file named gps_500dd.xml. This new gauge substitutes for the original gps_500. There are no changes to any of the graphics. All the new functions are accomplished using mouse areas around the bezel, with tooltips to identify the action performed by a mouseclick.
