X-Plane 10 Scenery--X6FE Fearn Airfield 2.1. Welcome to the little known Fearn Airfield. Situated 35 km north-northeast of Inverness in the far North of Scotland, Fearn has a fascinating past and in its time has also been known as Balintore Airfield, RAF Fearn, RNAS Fearn and also HMS Owl. Sadly this airfield is no longer in use, however with the help of WED, a little life has been breathed back into this picturesque corner of Scotland. Requires: Flags of the World (FLAGS_OF_THE_WORLD.ZIP), FF Library (extended version) (FF_LIBRARY_EXTENDED_LOD.ZIP), OpenSceneryX (OPENSCENERYX.ZIP) and the People Library (PEOPLE_LIB_V10.ZIP).
