X-Plane 11 Douglas C-124 Globemaster II 1.0. This is the Douglas C-124 Globemaster II (updated for X-Plane 11), originally built for X-Plane by Pedro van Leeuwen (X-Plane 5) and previously updated by David Austin. The Douglas C-124 Globemaster II, nicknamed "Old Shaky", was an American heavy-lift cargo aircraft built by the Douglas Aircraft Company in Long Beach, California. The C-124 was the primary heavy-lift transport for United States Air Force Military Air Transport Service (MATS) during the 1950s and early 1960s, until the Lockheed C-141 Starlifter entered service. It served in MATS-gained, later Military Airlift Command (MAC)-gained, units of the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard until 1974. Minor adjustments were made to the prop/engine reduction ratio, new GPS added to the 2D panel because it's 2017.
