FSFW95 panel--Boeing 707/727 Fix for use with B707V31.ZIP. The fixes in this file remove the autopilot and RMI bugs. It now possible to switch to HDG mode from NAV, APR, BC modes. The RMI can now point to VOR 1, when there is no VOR 2 signal. By G.J. Carty.
