aerofoto 17 Posted July 5, 2021 Share One set (FD) is interior sound from a flight deck perspective and with exterior sound also. One set (WV) is interior sound from a cabin perspective (DM panels for the 1-11's feature wing cabin wing views that can be toggled "ON/OFF") and with exterior sound also. In addition to this .... There are separate sound packs for FS2004 and FSX because the sound engine in both FS versions id different and which requiring different audio compilation methodology. The other reason why there are separate sound packs is because there are very minor tonal differences between both the SPEY 511 and -512 .... and also because the thrust curving within the AIR.FILES for these simulations, which does impact audio too, require separate audio productions being made for the 1-11-400's and -500's in order to result in authentic sound.
