X-Plane WWII German Gyro Compass. This is an instrument file to be placed in a 'cockpit' folder within an aircraft file folder with this structure: cockpit/compass/(place the file here). Then from the panel 2D tab in Plane Maker, the compass_round for your aircraft will come up looking like the German gyro compass. The adjustment knob is a standard DG_HDNG rheostat from the selection menu, and must be placed in position in order to adjust the heading needle. By Ron Norvelle.
