X-Plane Modern Apartment Block With Helipad 1.0. This is a modern apartment complex complete with helipad. The building roof has been made as a hard deck and is able to accommodate small helicopters. The helipad has four flashing red indicator beacons and is night lit with four spotlights. Made in Sketchup 2016 using photographic textures and converted for X-Plane with Marginal's SketchUp2XPlane utility. By Paul Mort.
