X-Plane Windsock Real Flag II Syncing. This syncs the windsock and all the Real Flag II libraries (FLAGS_OF_THE_WORLD.ZIP and FLAGS_OF_USA_STATES.ZIP) to the same default orientation, so when the wind changes direction, all flags and windsocks point the same way. The windsocks and flags have been 90° off from each other; this corrects that, making lining up flags and windsocks easier and will correct any scenery using the library.
