FS2004 Fix Localizer Intercept 2. FS2004 planes went thru localizer; this fix causes proper intercept and stabilizes glide slope also (if fuel weight is correct for landing). This fine tunes previous [autopilot] parameters and adds instructions. By Brian Rushfeldt.
