FS2004 Scenery--Ketchikan PAKT in southern Alaska (AK), USA , part 3. This is the third part of Ketchikan, which fills in the remaining gap on the town side between the two marinas, stretching from the shopping plaza to the cruise liners. There are also significant AI additions. The screenshots show the housing that parallels the water up to and alongside the cruise liner moorings, with docks for fishing boats and for float plane companies. There is now also float plane AI use of the airport-side float dock, and the video shows one trip from the "taxi rank" airport dock to a town-side dock. There is also an AI cruise liner included here, with the permission of FSaddon, from one of the original three Misty sceneries. Other minor variations include the Alaska ferry now docking at it's assigned loading dock instead of at the adjacent shipyard dock (though in reality it docks at both, for whatever reason). In order for this scenery to work properly, as designed, then the payware Misty Fjords scenery is required. There is a map included that shows the area covered by Misty Fjords, but note that this sectional is old and the airfield on Annette Island (south of Ketchikan) was already closed. For it to work at all without the Misty Fjords scenery then Ultimate Terrain Alaska Canada is needed; in this case there will definitely be gaps on the town side where Misty included the marinas shown in the screenshots, there will probably be coastline variations, and also there will be no moored cruise liners.
