KCEY, a truly nice mid-south airport with a concrete runway lies about midpoint adjacent to Kentucky Lake and its "twin" Lake Barkley, two of the largest U.S. lakes. KCEY's located in Murray KY, home of Pella Windows, Briggs & Stratton small engines, and No. 10 in the South, Murray State U. Note: only in XP 11.0 are the lakes completed. In your light plane, fly the twin lakes' channels east of CEY at very low altitude to appreciate their sizes, lengths, and many nearby airports to touch and go.
