About This File

X-Plane 10 Scenery--Victoria International Airport, British Columbia (BC), Canada. This is a rebuild of the default CYYJ redone with the Ben Supnik knockout technique. The airport is unique in that it is built with a circular taxiway system connecting its pads, aprons and its three runways. Founded in 1939 as a grass strip military training base, CJJY is now the 10th busiest Canadian airport, a port of entry with an average of 116,500 flight ops per year. It's located on Patricia Bay of the Saanich Peninsula, 22 km from downtown Victoria BC. Because of that, to locals, it's also known as 'Pat Bay Airport'. The airport houses the BC Aviation Museum, a military installation and its harbor airport, where waters in XP are missing, but reported.
