FSX Aerospace Fletcher FU24-950/954. This is a fully revised model, following on from my previous versions. Features a fully animated and detailed virtual cockpit, with 3D gauges. Includes paint schemes for Super Air, Aero Work, Phoenix Aviation and Fred Fahey Aerial Services. By Deane Baunton.

Excellent visual model but seems sluggish on control and very under-powered. Flight was successful but a fight to keep it airborne.

The model has been flown by several real Fletcher pilots and they noted it is realistic. Remember - you are flying fully loaded. If you find it difficult - reduce the load. Instructions to do this are in the Readme file

That could be the problem. It was acting as if it was beyond capacity for sure. I would hesitate with the real aircraft!

Congratulations, Deane ... the "Fletch" was always a tremendous add-on of yours and this upgrade is simply superb. Amazing quality.

 

As to handling ... I found that once my load had been well and truly dumped, I could loop with no problem, but a barrel-roll was hard. I'd guess that's realistic (how would I know? LOL).
