The airport scenery is beautifully done. However, whatever aircraft being used ( Cessna. 747 etc) seems to float over runway or tarmac. . and totally out of scale ( much larger than the scenery)

How would you fix that???

Good day sir! Kindly copy the file "RPVK_ADE9_ZM_ALT.bgl" to your "\Flight Simulator 9\Scenery\World\scenery" directory. It is found in the Required File folder on the zip file. Hope this helps. Thank you.
