About This File

FS2004/FSX Yak-28P Soviet Recon Aircraft. The Yakovlev Yak-28, based on the Yak-27, was the bigger one of a swept wing, turbojet-powered combat aircraft used by the Soviet Union. Produced initially as a tactical bomber (first flight 1958), later there were also reconnaissance, electronic warfare, interceptor and trainer versions, known by the NATO names Brewer or Firebar. The model has a VC and a basic navigator's seat position behind the glass bow with insertable 2D panel (fixed view in FS2004). FSDS 3.5 model and panel by Erwin Welker.

important: FSX Accekeration users may encounter an fs crash when changing to another aircraft.

This is due to the sonic boom gauge in the panel.cfg, so to avoid the crash, deactivate

or delete the entry.

Hi HJ Kasper,

thanks for your compliment! By the way: A real Yak-28 is not too far from you. Visit the technic museum Speyer - there is one!

Hello, Erwin! I have to you have two questions related to the model airplane Yak-28:

First: I tried to paint the model under the camouflage, but I did not get to paint the ailerons.

Second, the effect of the afterburner turned on simultaneously by turning the navigation lights and headlights and the flame is always present, even when the engines are running at idle. Is it possible to make t?
