CFS Scenery--Line Islands. The "Line islands" scenery shows the entire equatorial Northern Pacific area, with the atolls of Palmyra, Fanning, the islands of Christmas, Washington, Jarvis, and Kingman Reef, under allied control during WW2. Five airfields are located in Christmas, Washington, Jarvis, Palmyra and Fanning, with fuel areas, and NDB transmitter. Some of this allied airfields are fictional. Not known if they were built before WWII, but they are the same runway direction and distibution buildings as the current airfields. During WWII, these islands were occupied by U.S. and Australian forces. By Edmundo Abad.
