X-Plane 10.20+ X-27 Lockheed Lancer 2.1. This is the X-Plane that nearly was. Partly as a study into improving the shortfalls of the Lockheed F-104 Starfighter, the Lancer was also Lockheed's entry into the lightweight fighter competition of the late 60's early 70's that concluded in the F16 and XF-17 (F-18) aircraft. Included in this download are liveries for some of the proposed customers for the Lockheed Lancer. Documentation includes a short history of the aircraft and credits. By Graham Algeo.
