FSX Scenery--EDVJ Salzgitter-Schaeferstuhl, Germany. EDVJ is actually a classic gliding field, but also engine aircraft up to 2t are approved. The field is situated on a hillside south of the city of Salzgitter in the district Gitter and is used primarily for the flying club. The environment of the airfield is adapted by landclasses. The city of Salzgitter, the surrounding villages, major roads and the factory north of runway 11 are initially implemented, the Elisabethstift at the top of the hill is installed too. The buildings in this scenery, however, do not exactly match the originals. Mainly standard buildings were used, but also a lot of objects from two very popular freeware libraries. By Wolfgang Allers.
