X-Plane External Moving Map 1.1. X-Plane's map is nice but you can't look at it without pausing the sim and it doesn't have as many details as, say, Google Maps. This utility goes a long way in addressing these issues as it allows you to view a moving map on your secondary screen (computer, tablet phone, etc.) and display city names and X-Plane navaids. This little utility for Windows, Mac and Linux uses X-Plane's Internet data output to show your aircraft on a Google Map in your favorite web browser.
