CFS Scenery--Wotje-Atoll. CFS version of Wotje atoll, under Japanese occupation. The "Wotje" scenery shows Wotje and Erikub atolls area, Marshall islands. An airfield was located in "Wotje-Island", with fuel areas signed by Japanese characters. During WWII, Wotje Atoll suffered heavy damage by US air raids, but remained Japanese until war's end, when it came under the control of the United States as part of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands until the independence of the Marshall Islands in 1986. Erikub Atoll, to the south of Wotje, came under the control of the United States Marines, on april 1944. By Edmundo Abad.
