X-Plane 9.70 Northrop AT-38B IFF. The Northrop T-38 Talon is a two-seat, twin-engine supersonic jet trainer. It was the world's first supersonic trainer and is also the most produced. The T38 remains in service as of 2014 in air forces throughout the world. This is the "armed" version of the T-38 used for the Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals (IFF) course taken by prospective fighter pilots before they get their hands on a "real" fighter, like an F-15 or F-16.
