FSX Scenery--KECP Photoreal Update. This updates the original Panama City scenery (KECP_NORTHWEST_FLORIDA_BEACHES_INTL_PANAMA_CITY.ZIP). It fixes the glowing textures at night, closes KPFN airport that KECP replaces, adds a boundary fence, and fixes other minor issues.
