FSX Scenery--New River Gorge Bridge, West Virginia, USA. The New River Gorge Bridge, Fayetteville, WV spans the New River Gorge. The bridge is 3030 feet in length, 68 feet wide and 85 feet above the river. Opened in 1977, it was the highest vehicular structure in the world until 2004. By Harold Crowell.
