CFS API Macro--ZIS 44 Fix, CFS version of a WWII ground vehicle. Fix file with two API macros of Zis 44 ambulance, now using the default scale=1.0, which is adjusted automatically by 0.034 factor to obtain the accurate scale in CFS1.
