FS98 SNCAC NC702 Martinet, 1940 Light, all-metal 10-seat twin-engined transport designed by Siebel Flugzeugwerke in Halle as Siebel Si-204A. Based on the smaller FH-104 "Hallore", it was originally intended as a passenger plane, but then produced for the Luftwaffe as a light communications aircraft and crew trainer. After 15 initial prototypes were built in 1940, production was continued in France by SNCAC under the model name NC702 Martinet, with 3-bladed propellers and 600 hp Renault 12S00 engines, French versions of the 12-cyl inverted-V Argus As411. Top speed: 196 knots. 110 Units built. Versatile, useful, and easy to fly, production was continued after WW2 in different countries, and some units were still operational well into the 60´s.
