FS2004 Changi Airport Default Scenery Updates. This updates the default scenery with edited runway labels labeled 02C/20C, and changes the runway material. Also changes the default tower to Sek Yek's tower if you have yet to download it. Note: not to be used with Samsoft scenery as it is not tested.
