Puzzle #10 is a dual-puzzle, with both the #10a and #10b created and sent in by Bert Visser.

Puzzle #10 does not need that much introduction - it's actually rather straight forward and I hope that people will enjoy the last one in the first series. The answer is the word written in the green column - remember only to use one letter in each cell.
