FSX Crashes after Flight Planner moves acft to departure point

Every time I use the FSX flight planner to set up a plan, if the departure is somewhere other than my default location, the planner asks to move the acft to the new departure point. I select yes, FSX reloads scenery, I am relocated at the desired departure. THEN after about 10-15 seconds, FSX does a CTD.

 

Any ideas?

I found the problem. uianimationcore.dll is the culprit. I'm running FSX on a WIN 10-64bit box. i got a Win7-64bit copy of the dll and put in the FSX directory. Problem gone.
