misterfunk
I installed FS98 on my laptop running Windows 8.1, 64-bit. When I start the program, I get an error box right away that says: Flight Simulator Module has stopped working If I go to the Event Viewer, I see this warning: The file could not be processed by the application C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\FltSim98.EXE because it requires Indeo® Decoders of type IV41 I am running the program in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 2) and Reduced color mode, 16-bit, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know of a way I can get it to run? Thanks.
CTarana45
Some software can be more problematic when using the 64 Bit version of an OS. I had that issue with my laptop till I switched from Windows 7 64 Bit to Windows 7 32 bit. Christopher Tarana
