To join Elite Virtual you need to have a passion for aviation and enjoy the less structured yet high demand world of Corporate Aviation. Because our crews are required to be highly experienced and exhibit autonomous aeronautical decision-making, probationary pilots are required to complete an entrance exam and pass a practical flight, in the same way a candidate for a real world company would go through prehire examination. Continued membership in Elite Virtual only requires that you complete a 1-hour flight per month.
