StringBean
First, you have to select what you want to compile. Then you hit the green button... Make sure you check the "copy BGL files to FSX folders" box (might be worded differently). peace, the Bean WWOD---What Would Opa Do? Farewell, my freind (sp) Never argue with idiots. StringBean
The .SBP file is the saved SBuilderX project file. When you open it in SBX you select the elements you want to compile (an .SBP file can contain many different elements) and then you click on the green button. If you do not select any elements there is nothing for SBX to compile. peace, the Bean WWOD---What Would Opa Do? Farewell, my freind (sp) Never argue with idiots. StringBean
Honestly, I do not know how to say it any more clearly than I already have. In SBuilderX you have to select the items you want to compile first. You can either... 1) use the selection arrow to draw a selection box around your landclass poly(s) 2) hit Ctrl+A to select all ...then hit the compile button. Until you tell SBX what you want to compile you will continue to see that error box. peace, the Bean WWOD---What Would Opa Do? Farewell, my freind (sp) Never argue with idiots. StringBean
... when you add polygons what is that? can that be landclass too? what scenery are you adding when one add polygons The complete answers to your questions is beyond the scope of a simple forum post. Yes, you can make Landclass polys. To see what all can be done with polys, using the Poly Tool, draw simple poly. Does not matter where, anywhere, a simple box will do. Right click to end the poly draw. Switch to the Selection Tool and select your poly, then right click on it to see the properties dialogue. That will show you the available options for your poly. peace, the Bean WWOD---What Would Opa Do? Farewell, my freind (sp) Never argue with idiots.
