ViperPilot2 Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 The B1900 series are different creatures compared to the Duke and the King Air; aside from being larger, the B1900 is more of a 'jack of all trades' Airplane... passenger, Cargo, or both. It's also designed to get into shorter fields compared to the Duke and the King Air, which are more 'corporate' Business turboprops. Also, Raytheon is the Parent Company of Hawker Beechcraft, kinda like "Beechcraft BY Raytheon'. Hope this clears up the confusion.
