ramblast Posted July 2, 2016 Share Posted July 2, 2016 I recently had to wipe my computer (Including FSX) because of a virus. I was trying to reinstall FSX using the gold edition CDs. When I put the CD in a loading screen came up then the error 1607 message was displayed. I tried using the Microsoft help webpage about this issue and since I am using windows 10, a lot of the fixes didn't make any sense. Please help.
