lauriemur Posted June 2, 2016 Share Posted June 2, 2016 FSX worked fine with windows 7 after windows 10 it still starts ok but as soon as you try to go into alt menu the screen goes black with a white mouse pointer. If you ctl-alt-del & go into manager the selected (ie options)screen will flash on for 2 seconds then go black again so you can't make any changes. I am using a HPXW4600 work station with Nvidia GTX260 video card. I have reinstalled both FSX & steam fsx Changed the video card from a quatro card, I have also tried to install xplane 10 which comes up with old scenery & no planes in the menu. What am I missing? OP, delete your shaders cache from FSX.
