alexzar14
Is there a way to remove a "centered view lock"? As I pan across (lets say left to right), it seems to "freeze" at center of cockpit view, then I must continue moving the mouse rightwards for some time until it "unlocks" the center view and continues to pan to the right. It's very annoying, I'd like no "center locks" as in the XPlane.
ScatterbrainKid
Try panning with the joystick hat switch.
Jim Robinson
Yes. It's in your Standard.xml, open the XML in Notepad and search the document for Mouse Look, you should find the complete section shown below: Mouse Look XAxis 0 AXIS_PAN_HEADING 64 36 YAxis 1 AXIS_PAN_PITCH -64 36 Just change 36 to 0 in both instances. Standard.xml is located in %appdata%\Microsoft\FSX\Controls. You can press Windows Key+R for the "Run" box and paste the line below to open Standard.XML in Notepad: notepad %appdata%\Microsoft\FSX\Controls\Standard.XML Then just find the section, make your changes, and save it.
