Can I play online with FSX:SE with a friend who has the boxed FSX SP2?

Can I play online with FSX:SE with a friend who has the boxed FSX SP2?

 

We both have the PMDG 737 and want to share a cockpit online or via LAN,

 

I have the SE edition and he has the boxed edition with SP2

1. FSCloud or 2.Chocolatesoftware Both will let you fly together.

Is there any program that will allow us to share a cockpit online or via LAN? We just want to fly a pmdg 737 together
