When I was filling in the registration I apparently wrote down "Ž" instead of "Z" in my surname and that caused the system to suspend me I think. Ok, strange, but there is option to send them ticket and then they solve your "problem". I have already sent them 4 and still no answer after 2 days. Neither of them had ticket number assigned so I can´t check ticket status. I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this issue.
