RatRace
My first suggestion would be what we always suggest newbies. Try out the free XP10 demo. http://www.x-plane.com/downloads/x-plane_10_demo/ Find out what works, what doesn't, and let us know. Good luck ! :)

RatRace
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the Obutto Gaming Cockpits. I honestly don't think you can use your racing pedals "with gas, brake, and clutch" as rudder pedals. But I may be wrong. So again, try out the demo first. For X-Plane I prefer the Saitek Pro yoke, throttle and pedals set up, but it seems to me that the Obutto oZone cockpit does not have factory pre-drilled tables or trays to accommodate those peripherals. That is something you ought to check with the Obutto people. Best I can do I'm afraid.
