Smitten Again! My New Love

Hello All,

Well, I suppose falling in love is a good way to start off a new year. Here is my latest heart throb, the Fokker F27-500 by Mike Stone (Fokker_F27_500.zip). It is not only a good looker, it flies beautifully. I expect to spend a lot of time with this plane.

In this first shot there is FSGenesis 19m mesh at work. The Matterhorn is below the plane.

Here it is at Geneva airport after landing.

And here is the control panel.

Nice!

Been awhile since I saw one for real. Cool plane. Might try it myself.

I found the file at gjsmith after someone told me about the web site: http://www.gjsmith.net/Mike-Stone/

I assumed the file would also be here but I just did a search for it and got no result, so here it is.

I have recently tried a few regional twin turbo liners. There's something about the looks of the F27 high wing model that I really like. The others (Saab 340, Embraer 120) are nice looking and fly well, but don't ring my bell for looks the way this one does. It's hard to describe how nicely it flies, just have to try it.

Most of Mike's planes are great flyers. He seemed to pay more attention to the way it flew than things like opening doors. I like all ho Mike's planes.

Totally agree klee!

Very nice Clayton:cool:
