For instance, if the scenery is a small little airstrip designed to be located in Alaska, how do you edit the file so it can be put at another set of co-ordinates say in Massachusetts. Thank you. Do a Google for this or go to http://www.scruffyduck.org There may be other issues involved in what you want to do but ADE9X is a good place to start and is probably the best program available for airport design work.
