The Nuclear Atoll-touring Enewetak Atoll

Recommended Posts

The Enewetak Atoll is a part of Marshall Islands-Between 1948 an 1958 43 nuclear weapons were tested in the proximity of the area. In 1952, November 1 the first thermonuclear weapon was tested here. The Yield of the weapon was 10.4 Megatons- 10 400 000 tons of TNT.

The atoll is also home of a small airfield used during WW2-then home of a few B-24s and PV-2s. Now the airfield is abandoned

I'm flying the Swamp Wallaby by Ant's Airplanes a fictional VLJ that flies somewhat like a jet trainer.

Approach. There's some annoying trees though, the real airport is now covered by sand, but the runway is sort of coming into the water. But taht's what you get in default FSX.
