asos Posted September 9, 2015 Share Posted September 9, 2015 I have just installed Aerosoft's FSMap and i cannot make it work and see the map when I start FSX. I did build a database and started a flight in Germany with the def C172. I also cannot install the FSMap Gauge in the C172 panel. Have any of you managed to make this sw work? I did not know you can start it automatically when you start fsx. How can I set that option? What I did was A. start FSX and then start FSMap and B. start FSMap and then start FSX. evm Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 You can add FSMap to your exe.xml, then FSX will start it automatically. - Find the EXE.XML in /Users//AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/FSX - If it isn't there, create a new one - This needs to go into the exe.xml, plus any other addons you might have (do not overwrite what is already there!) Launch exe.xml FSMap False ...put the full path for FSMap.exe in here C:/Program Files/.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
