Does anyone know if this version has active Mt Etna Volcano animation?

PS I installed FS9 freeware Mt Etna Volcano mesh and it looks ok but low rez.

No it does not have any effects anywhere, it is photoreal textures only.

And by and large it does not have autogen either, not even if you buy an autogen addon for it (like OpenVFR).

The coastal waters are not well done in a lot of places, and some regions differ in coloring, sometimes right next to each other.

The coastlines are nothing to write home about either, but this is no fault of MSE, but of the way terrain works in FSX. Unless you have an accurate exclusion scenery for the coastline, the seawater will always reach to where the default FSX scenery coast is and cut off everything else.

I am using NEXTMesh 4,75m with it and UltimateTerrain2 Europe (for coastline exclusions) or else it would not be good enough - if you know the area well.

You could also try the photoreal freeware project for Italy. Don't know if it has been completed yet though.
