pjsvegas
I have experienced an fs9 stop working in the past, it seems every flight I have tried lately gets about ten minutes into flight then just shuts down with message fs9 has stopped working. I now only use classic scenery and planes. Win 7 64 bit, plenty of memory and decent processor. Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks
ritroybrown
Try this, delete fs9.cfg but keep in recycle bin just in case, restart fs9, it will rebuild new fs9.cfg. Try your flights. Mainly fly Jet2 from LBA

whitegn
Thanks for the reply, The only fs cfg file I see is for fs2000, plus devices, display, old scenery, scenery, suneffect, terrain. That's it The FS9.cfg is probably buried under C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FS9 I don't like to be a joy germ, but I had similar issues on a new P4 XP computer a few years back. Games would run for 10 minutes then die. The only thing that fixed it was a change of motherboard.
