dstarda Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 I downloaded and installed the XB-35 add-on and was surprised to find it is turbine (turbo-prop) powered. From my reading of the Northrop flying wing histories there was only one XB-35 converted to turboprop (2 Teledyne engines), which never flew. The original configuration was four piston engines with contra-rotating props (later with non-contra-rotating props). The YB-49s were XB-35s converted to 8 pure jet engines.
