Hone your flying skills with these two videos

Well, it shows you how much the wind can toss around even the heavy iron, so you know what to expect.

And, that you CAN land in 40 kt cross winds - if you don't panic, you use 'crab' approach, plus make sure the wing toward the wind side stays down and only at last minute make correction to heading (you don't want to land sideways, because when you touch down 'it' will get worse if your heading isn't pointing (aprox) straight down runway).

I can do these landings 'all day' and still not get enough. Trouble is I have to stop as my blood pressure goes sky high after a few landings with 30 kt crosswinds (hehe).

The title says 'HONE' (ie: improve) your flying SKILLS. Can't 'hone' if you don't HAVE any SKILLS to hone. So this is not an offer of 'read and acquire' skills: limitations may apply - may need to meet additional skill requirements - beginners need not apply. :-)
