EzDok 1.17

Hello again on EzDok problems, I decided to start a new topic because my previous topic had been on 1.15.0.

The problem is, again, I have Windows 8.1 and EzDok 1.15, but when I got 1.15 working properly, I can't find place to assign the keys to flip through the views, it only have "default view" instead of "cycle view", which greatly annoys me. But when 1.17 is running every time I click the middle mouse button, the cursor goes to the bottom left corner and never moves, I searched around, but the options never worked for me and I think you guys have better answers than go back to 1.15 which is what I'm doing right now. Thanks and REALLY looking forward to an answer.
